Work At Home Sales Consultant
If you were me would you go to self business or be an employee?>?
I have a 15 month old baby girl. I am trying to decide whether I should start my own recruitment agency from home, and leave baby at daycare only when there is a meeting that I have to attend, OR get a job as a recruitment consultant at an agency and leave the baby full time there. The problem is if I work for an agency, they normally need you overtime, and it would cost me more at the daycare and also I am not very confident that it’s such a good idea to leave my baby with somebody else at this age. ( I must say my family is overseas so they can’t take care of her). On the other hand if I start the business from home, as I have no experience in this field, it will be pretty difficult to get the first deal. I have bought training DVDs and CDs and Books on how to start your own recruitment agency from home, and I have 5 years sales experience. I am quite sure I want to do this job, but as I said, can’t decide which path is the best. Working from home also means distraction too. Advice?
